The Cortina broke ground early in 2003, a seven-story loft and office building at the corner of Howes Street and Canyon Avenue in Fort Collins. The project includes 20 lofts and about 23,000 square feet of primarily office space.

Swallow Hill Condominiums
Swallow Hill Condominiums
The condominiums consist of a seven-story, 102,000 sf building with 69 units and parking for 107 automobiles on two underground levels. The Swallow Hill Condominiums will consist of a four-story, 61,000 sf building with 45 units and parking for 73 automobiles on one-and-a-half underground levels. All units, now under construction, will include high-end finishes, large balconies, generous amounts of daylight, and high-speed Internet access.

Colorado State University South Residence Hall
The four-story building is 113,000 SF and consists primarily of residential suites with common support spaces on the lower and basement levels, including laundry, vending, study and administrative offices. Outdoor spaces include vehicle and bicycle parking and landscaped areas designed to accommodate recreation and study.
