A 199,207 square foot design-build with three different lodge building providing a total capacity of 200 rooms complete with conference center, and grounds and laundry buildings. Complete electrical systems included general purpose power, lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm, mechanical power, extensive site work for the campus, and a conduit system for the cabling provided by the utility.
